Lynnette Bruno is Trulia’s Real Estate and Lifestyle Expert. For over two decades, she has rented, bought, sold and remodeled multiple homes throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. She’s appeared on Cheddar TV and has been quoted in CNNMoney, Money Magazine, TIME and Curbed about finding the right home and neighborhood for your budget. At Trulia, she leads the Communications team, focusing on strategy and execution across consumer, trends and technology PR as well as employee communications. She also manages the Housing Economics Research team – the group that uncovers sale and rental market trends to provide consumers with the insights they need to make good real estate decisions. In her spare time, you will find her practicing yoga or exploring all that San Francisco has to offer.

Trulia Senior Economist
Cheryl Young examines how housing policy affects local housing markets and general housing trends. She began her career with New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development before moving to India to help catalyze private sector participation in affordable housing development. Most recently, she worked with the World Bank’s Urban Development Unit. She earned her PhD in City and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley. Cheryl can speak at length to housing market trends, particularly home prices, listings, sales new constructions and rentals. She can also offer expert insight on low-income housing policies and issues as well as housing affordability and first-time homebuyer issues.
Trulia Housing Economist
Felipe Chacon investigates housing and demographic trends in the rental and for-sale markets. Previously, Felipe worked as an economist with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. His educational background includes a Masters of Applied Statistics from Texas A&M University and a B.B.A. of Economics from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Felipe can speak to housing and demographic trends (e.g. race, gender and age), issues of housing and the environment and regional housing demographic differences.

Senior Vice President and General Manager of Trulia
Tim Correia leads the Trulia brand and business, overseeing all strategy, engineering, product, design and marketing. As a product-driven leader, he is focused on achieving Trulia’s mission to help buyers and renters find the right home and neighborhood for them. Tim joined Trulia in 2008 as a senior software engineer, rising through the ranks to become a Vice President of Engineering. In that role, he led the development of Trulia’s agent products and revenue systems. After the formation of Zillow Group following Trulia’s acquisition by Zillow in 2015, Tim led the launch of the company’s Premier Agent App. Tim can speak to the Trulia brand and business, leadership and change management and tech innovation.
Vice President of Marketing for Trulia
Alissa Reiter leads Trulia’s Marketing team and is responsible for overseeing brand and audience building efforts. She has over 15 years of consumer marketing and product management experience and has a passion for representing brands that impact the most meaningful moments in a person’s life. Alissa is responsible for Trulia’s first national TV ad campaign, “The House is Only the Half of It.” She can speak about corporate and personal branding, the future of the neighborhood, communication in a digital world and women in leadership.
Vice President of Engineering for Trulia
Deep Varma leads all engineering functions across the Trulia business. This includes the frontend teams responsible for building Trulia’s consumer products for mobile, web, and email and other communications, as well as the backend teams focused on analytics, data science, data warehouse, listings and public records acquisition, personalization, search and QA. Deep can speak in depth about machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI), big data, personalization, data storage and optimization.
General Manager of Trulia Rentals
Yardley Ip leads the product and marketing teams at Trulia Rentals where she focuses on empowering renters with insightful information and easy-to-use products to find the home they love. Yardley first joined Trulia in 2011 as product manager, where she oversaw the company's first real estate mobile advertising product and eventually managed the company's revenue product team, which included all paid products for real estate agents, billing systems and sales tools. Yardley can speak to Trulia's rental products and tech innovation, as well as women in product and leadership.
