Trulia Rentals for iPhone is built and optimized for the tight time frame renters operate on when searching for their next place to call home. The app does more than just let prospective renters browse by zip code or neighborhood for current rentals – it keeps them in-the-know about new listings almost immediately, via push notifications and color-coded markers which note newer properties.

• Saved Searches: Just select your search criteria, give it a name, and get notified about any new listings that might be a match.
• Neighborhood Info: See where restaurants, schools and other points of interest are in relation to homes or apartments for rent.
• Agent Contact: When you need more information, easily contact a broker or landlord using the app.
