If you’re looking to buying your first home, you must be signed, sealed and delivered with escrow closed by November 30th! There is currently a lot of political bickering about whether or not the tax credit should be extended beyond the current Nov 30 deadline, if it should be granted to all home buyers (not just first-timers) and if the amount of the credit should be increased. What do you think?
